There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Gruenberg and P. Wilson: Page 2, line 4, following "elimination": Insert "or any significant diminution" Page 2, line 10, following "elimination": Insert "or any significant diminution" Page 2, line 10, following "program": Insert "affecting Alaska" Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Costello moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Costello was required to vote. The question being: "Shall HR 5 am pass the House?"
